on the whole i have had a great experience with the vnc software. i'm in the process of adding a few contacts to my network to be able to access and use the software. i am currently running the linux version with the xp client. i'm currently trying to get several different versions to work with one of my clients. if i had the option of doing a hosted solution i would almost certainly use this. i used to run it on a work-grouped computer (prior to vnc) and i loved it, so i'm not too concerned that the connection could be lost. i think it's an excellent service and am looking forward to adding more users to my network. very easy to setup and i am able to remotely control several systems at the same time.
