A footbridge with steps leads to a wall of glass overlooking a built-in rock pond and a fountain surrounding a cone-shaped copper sculpture. The main interior spaces are on the upper floor, accessed by an exterior spiral staircase. These include the library, game room, gym, screening room (for watching movies), guest bedroom, gym, green room (with a safe for odds and ends), and guest bathroom. The lower level comprises a sunken living room, dining room, two-car parking for guests, offices, and other utility rooms. There is an outdoor fountain and swimming pool covering 24,000 sf.
The upgraded remodel included the addition of 12 hair stations, nine makeup-touchup stations, nine manicure stations, and nine pedicure stations. The two makeup-touchup stations can shine or blow out the hair. The nine manicure stations feature a variety of color and nail polish, while the nine pedicure stations have six different trimmer-style pedicure units, and the three hair stations include mini blowdryers. The nine makeup-touchup stations can powder or sculpt the face, while the nine manicure stations can cut, file, or polish the nails. The nine pedicure stations can give the fingernails a design of their choice, such as in the shape of a flower, a rainbow, or the moon.
There is also an on-site shop, the Candydoll Kottage, where one can purchase items for the home or to give as gifts. Some of the items available include nautical clocks, figurines, and novelties such as Fisher-Price toys, dolls, rubber lawn ornaments, iron-on transfer sheets and sheets of wrapping paper, flatware, vases, sakura-style squid, and novelty sheets for cutting flowers. Other services include catering, a housekeeping service, a concierge, and a spa.
Petra's Grand Salon is Candy's "state-of-the-art" home theatre at the back of the house. It has floor-to-ceiling windows, plaster walls, and two fireplaces. There are five flat-screen, 10 ft wide TV's (two in the bedroom-dressing rooms, two in the bathroom, and one in the office).[7] d2c66b5586
