Players can earn or buy new parts for Smurfette, and they can also earn or buy new tools and unlockable worlds.
The PS2 version of The Smurfs 2 was released on November 3, 2005 in Europe and November 15, 2005 in North America. It reuses many assets from The Smurfs' Greatest Hits and The Smurfs 2 to create this game. The game features new graphics and visual effects.
